Almtrawler 1200 AD

Ships as safe as houses

Alm trawlers provide oceans of space, making them particularly suitable for long-term residence. This aspect is further emphasised by the fact that the galley kitchen, living area and wheel house are situated on the same level. Few staircases and ample living space, not just on the inside, but also outside with low gangplanks and an extremely spacious stern where the fly bridge, a large upper deck with a second helm, is located.

These ships have double-chine hulls. The 1200 AD has no rear saloon, but a covered rear deck and an extra cabin beneath the wheel house. The hull and superstructure of both models are made of steel. The whole ship is insulated with mineral wool, with the exception of the sound-proofed engine room. The joinery is available in, amongst others, teak, mahogany, cherry wood or ash, all in accordance with your preferences.

The inner joinery is finished with rounded corners and decorative sills & curtain trim. The ceilings are finished with plastic panels. Outer doors are solid teak or aluminium. A comprehensive range of machinery/two-component paintwork/electrics is available. Everything, including the layout, can be fully adjusted to suit your wishes and requirements in accordance with the very best in custom-construction tradition.
